Parking
- Guest parking is accessed from the street off 2nd St SE (no opener required, just drive up to door slowly)
- Kanyusik reserve parking entrance is off of 3rd Ave half way down the hill. (John or Bill will guide you in)
(Must have an Opener to activate the garage door entering, no opener needed to exit.). 3 Parking Spaces. #215 (near entrance) and the tandem spaces #113 (one level down next to storage closet doors on your left.)
Lobby
- Lobby entrance is at the corner of 2nd St SE and 3rd Ave- TO ENTER the LOBBY from the front or from visitor parking, you need to use the PIN code provided on the cards on the kitchen counter.
- Lobby is on the 3rd floor.
Elevators (Two Banks)
- Bank 1 - The two common elevators off the lobby (3rd floor) - you do not need a fob - just push 15
- Bank 2 - One private elevator at the end of the lobby hall needs a fob scan and then press 15R.

Two Temp Controls. Bedroom control is in the Master and Living Area control is on the dinning area wall. Takes two touches of the up or down arrow to engage and then each touch thereafter raises or lowers the temp by one degree.
